Boral Limited in Seven Hills, NSW is seeking an Asphalt Crew Member to operate mobile plant and support the crew delivering quality road surfacing projects. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork and efficiency on-site.

You will perform labouring tasks, maintain trucks and equipment, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives, with overtime and a clear path for skill development in a leading national construction company.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred).
• Safety and environmental commitment with a customer focus.
• Current General Construction Induction Card.
• HR driver’s license or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded).
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday and nights as required.

We have a great opportunity for an Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in Seven Hills.

This hands-on role is an important part of our operations, where you’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality road surfacing projects. Day to day, you’ll be operating mobile construction equipment, supporting the crew with a range of labouring tasks, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

This position offers the chance to build your skills in a supportive team environment while playing a key role in delivering projects that help connect communities.

Your day will involve:

• Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
• Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
• Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
• Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
• General Construction Induction Card
• Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment
• Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
