Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager to shape, sell, and close large deals spanning multiple services. You will develop relationships with senior buyers, lead pursuit strategies, and drive profitable growth across demanding client programs.

The role emphasizes experience in IT services sales, cross-domain capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex client environments globally. Occasional travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in selling services/consulting across SW & Platform Engineering & Maintenance / SI & AMS, Intelligent Infrastructure Services / IMS, AI-Ready Data / Scaled AI Foundation.
• 2+ years selling to Microsoft.
• 8+ years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities.
• Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies and client messaging plans.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.
• Travel may be required for this role with 25%–100% travel depending on business need.
