Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a growth-oriented Sales Capture Senior Manager to drive profitable sales growth across Oracle Fusion, OCI and Financial Services offerings. You will manage full lifecycle from origination to close, engaging senior client leadership and leveraging Accenture’s offerings to expand relationships in Financial Services sectors.

You will influence pursuit strategies, craft client messaging, and lead teams, with travel up to 25-100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years implementing, selling/closing deals in professional services, focused on Oracle Fusion and Industry Applications.
• Sales experience in Financial Services, Communications/Media/Tech, Products, or Resources industries preferred; assigned to an Industry Group to sell Oracle solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years Sales Origination & Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience exceeding sales quota, preferably > $20M TCV.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs.
• Interact with senior client and Accenture leadership to determine pursuit strategies and client messaging.
• Lead and direct team sales activities across large engagements.
• Own complete sales lifecycle: originating, shaping, selling, negotiating and closing opportunities.
