Qualifications

• Proven leadership of complex programs in civil construction, road maintenance or a comparable delivery environment.
• Strong program, commercial and contract management capability, including governance, planning, procurement, supplier performance and financial oversight.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, balance competing priorities and make practical, evidence-based decisions under pressure.
• A collaborative leadership style that builds capability, accountability and positive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A genuine commitment to safe, respectful and inclusive work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of road maintenance, incident response, repair and rehabilitation activities.
• Coordinate people, resources and suppliers to achieve safe, timely, quality and cost-effective outcomes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, tenders, contracts and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, assurance and reporting.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive consistent systems, technology and continuous improvement.
