Job summary

Royal Freemasons Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Grade 3 Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team at Centennial Lodge. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

This role requires at least three years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities, AHPRA registration, and a commitment to resident wellbeing. The roster runs Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with standards.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and medical/allied health professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.
• Support quality improvement and resource management.
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching and communication.
