Job summary

Royal Freemasons Centennial Lodge is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead resident-focused clinical care across night shifts, guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with aged care standards. You will oversee assessments, planning and documentation while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as an RN.
• At least 5 years' RN experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop clinical teams.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship to Team Leaders and care staff.
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, evaluation and documentation; ensure person-centred care.
• Monitor residents with complex, acute, palliative and high-risk needs.
• Oversee wound management, audits and quality improvement.
• Assist with clinical reporting and compliance with aged care standards.
• Manage after-hours clinical issues, staffing and roster backfill.
