Job summary

Royal Freemasons Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Grade 3 Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team at Centennial Lodge. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

This role requires at least three years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities, AHPRA registration, and a commitment to resident wellbeing. The roster runs Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, and medical/allied health professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.
• Support quality improvement and resource management.
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching and communication.

About the Role

Royal Freemasons is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses Grade 3 Team Leaders to join the dedicated team at Centennial Lodge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while providing guidance, support, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care that enhances the wellbeing of our residents.

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurse Grade 3 Team Leaders available to work a consistent Monday to Thursday roster from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation
• Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards
• Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication

What You'll Bring

• At least three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, with demonstrated experience leading and supervising clinical teams
