Job summary

Royal Freemasons is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Grade 3) Team Leader to join Centennial Lodge in Melbourne. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You will lead by example, support staff development, and oversee care delivery, assessments, documentation, and compliance with aged care standards. This role offers a consistent Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm roster and opportunities for

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience as a Registered Nurse with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of aged care standards, governance, and relevant legislation.
• Ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
• Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards.
• Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS requirements, and organisational policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management.
• Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.

Team Leader Registered Nurse (Grade 3)- Centennial Lodge

Royal Freemasons is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses Grade 3 Team Leaders to join the dedicated team at Centennial Lodge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while providing guidance, support, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care that enhances the wellbeing of our residents.

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurse Grade 3 Team Leaders available to work a consistent Monday to Thursday roster from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
• Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards.
