Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse at St Joseph's Coffs Harbour with sponsorship available. This permanent full-time role offers a mix of morning, afternoon and night shifts and a pathway to permanent residency for eligible applicants.

You’ll deliver high-quality, relationship-centred care and lead on shift within a supportive team. We value compassionate, patient-focused nursing with strong clinical skills, good communication and the ability to mentor care staff.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• 2+ years’ nursing experience, ideally including aged care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to residents.
• Take the lead on shift, coaching and guiding the care team.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Support a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues.
• Apply clinical judgement to identify and respond to changing resident needs.
