Job summary

ING Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Chief Risk Office on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead regulatory and strategic change across financial risk disciplines and own delivery from planning through implementation and business adoption across Risk, Data and Technology.

You will provide governance and executive reporting to the Program Manager and CRO leadership, coordinating outcomes while navigating regulatory requirements and complex dependencies with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering regulatory change within banking or financial services.
• End-to-end ownership from mobilisation to implementation.
• Strong governance, financial and risk-management capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Risk, Data, Technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Financial Risk initiatives across Risk, Data and Technology.
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and accountabilities.
• Drive governance, financial management, executive reporting and timely decisions.
• Manage risks, issues, costs, scope and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate regulatory, control and assurance requirements with traceable evidence.
• Lead business change, stakeholder engagement and adoption to BAU.
