Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for incident, event and remediation management across Mortgage, Consumer Lending and Insurance.
• Oversee end-to-end management of significant incidents and events, including regulatory notification and escalation.
• Lead customer remediation activities with strong governance and positive outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reporting to executives and leadership forums.
• Coordinate stakeholder responses to regulatory inquiries and drive timely outcomes.
