Job summary

AMP Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk, Compliance & Controls in Australia. The role focuses on risk and compliance oversight across the Platforms business, with duties including advising on risk matters, monitoring KRIs and incidents, and leading regulatory engagement.

You will develop and maintain compliance plans, perform risk assessments, and present reporting to Boards and risk committees. Strong governance, leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in risk or compliance roles within financial services, preferably across superannuation, wrap platforms and/or managed investments.
• Proven experience developing and managing compliance plans for Superannuation Trustees, Responsible Entities and/or AFSL holders.
• Proven experience preparing and presenting risk and compliance reporting to Boards, Board Risk Committees and senior management forums.

Responsibilities

• Risk and compliance oversight to ensure material risks are identified and managed within appetite.
• Prepare clear, insight‑focused reporting to executive risk forums, the Board and risk committees.
• Develop, maintain and oversee compliance plans and regulatory change impact assessments.
• Support business owners in managing critical operational processes to deliver compliant customer outcomes.
