Job summary

AMP is seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise Risk Management, Platforms to lead the 2LoD risk and compliance function for the Platforms business. You will support the Chief Risk Officer and executive teams with independent oversight, constructive challenge and practical advice to manage operational, compliance, strategic and emerging risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2LoD Enterprise Risk Management function for AMP Platforms.
• Provide independent risk and compliance oversight across strategic initiatives.
• Oversee application of the Risk Management Framework, risk appetite and governance.
• Deliver clear risk insights to senior management, Boards and Committees.
• Manage risk implications of major projects and outsourcing arrangements.
• Build and develop a high-performing risk team and foster accountability.
