Job summary

AMP is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Platforms to lead the 2LoD risk and compliance function for its Platforms business. The role supports the Chief Risk Officer, providing independent oversight, constructive challenge and practical advice to the Platforms executive team and relevant Boards and committees.

Qualifications

• Significant risk and compliance leadership experience in risk management environments.
• Experience leading enterprise risk management, operational risk and compliance oversight.
• Proven ability to deliver risk, compliance and assurance reporting to senior management, Boards and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2LoD ERM for AMP Platforms with a high-performing team.
• Provide independent risk and compliance oversight, advice and challenge to senior leadership.
• Oversee application of Risk Management Framework, including risk appetite, strategy and governance.
• Provide Line 2 oversight of operational risk and compliance across Platforms.
• Deliver clear, actionable risk insights to Boards and Committees; challenge 1st line risk practices.
• Oversee risk implications of major projects, outsourcing and changes, maintaining stakeholder relationships.
