TAL, a leading Australian life insurer based in Sydney, is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Analyst to strengthen our proactive risk culture. You will navigate regulatory obligations and guide business initiatives to protect TAL, customers and outcomes that matter, operating with integrity and resilience.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in risk management or compliance.
• 3–5 years’ experience in control assurance and end to end incident management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements across life insurance and superannuation, including the Corporations Act, SIS Act and Life Insurance Code of Practice.
• Sound understanding of the insurance industry and its risk and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical capability with sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
