Qualifications

• Admitted legal practitioner with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance law and dispute resolution frameworks.
• Experience handling complex matters before courts and tribunals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing legal team for disputes and litigation.
• Provide expert legal advice to support decisions on claims and risks.
• Shape dispute strategies to achieve fair, customer-focused outcomes.
