Job summary

Workactive Injury Management & Rehabilitation in Sydney is seeking a Senior Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver SIRA-accredited RTWSE services across NSW employers. You will manage complex return-to-work cases, conduct workplace and ergonomic assessments, and develop tailored plans.

The role requires AHPRA-registered OT or Physiotherapist with NSW Workers Compensation and CTP knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Advanced knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation and CTP Injury Rehabilitation Schemes.
• Extensive case management experience with a track record of high-quality care.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current Australian driver's licence and ability to work across Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SIRA-accredited Return to Work Same Employer (RTWSE) services.
• RTW case management, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, task analyses, and case conferences.
• Develop RTW plans, upgrade programs, and suitable duties recommendations.
• Manageable caseload with attention to each worker's needs.
• Liaise with workers, employers, treating professionals, and insurers as a trusted contact.
• Maintain timely documentation on case management software/portal.
• Join a collaborative, supportive team culture.
