Sharp & Carter in Sydney is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured claimants in achieving safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You will apply a holistic, client-centred approach and collaborate with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees to drive positive recovery journeys.

The role focuses on case management, worksite assessments, and developing personalised rehabilitation plans, with early intervention and clear, credible recommendations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification and registration with a relevant professional body.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services
• Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
• Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery
• Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
• Developing personalised, whole-of-person rehabilitation plans
• Implementing effective early intervention strategies
• Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes
