You will coordinate, implement and review RTW plans to support recovery and timely return to work for injured workers. Qualificações

• Experience in RTW Coordination or Injury Management roles.
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities.
• Experience managing RTW plans and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement tailored RTW plans for safe transitions.
• Liaise with injured workers, employers, brokers, practitioners, and insurers.
• Advise on workplace modifications and injury management strategies.
• Monitor recovery and adjust RTW plans.
• Educate employers on best practice injury prevention.
• Prepare case reports and insurer correspondence.
• Participate in case conferences and workplace assessments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes.
