Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to be at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success daily. You’ll partner with the leadership team to ensure safety, stock availability and readiness for customers.

This full-time role requires flexibility across morning, day and evening shifts seven days a week. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and drive a positive safety culture while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes.
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job.

About the role

As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.
