Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead a high-performing store team and elevate the customer experience. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure safety, stock availability and smooth store operations, while modelling hands-on leadership and a commitment to excellent service.
In this full-time role you will work across a rotating roster, including mornings, days and evenings, to deliver exceptional results and develop staff growth, confidence and capability on the job.

This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.

Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts Ready to join a team where you can grow, contribute and make a real difference?
