Bunnings is hiring a Senior Supervisor in Mount Barker to lead store operations, shape the customer experience and partner with the leadership team to keep the store safe, well stocked and ready for customers.
You will coach team members, manage day-to-day operations, support openings and closings, drive safety, and help implement new tools and processes while building career pathways within our collaborative team.

This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.
