Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Manager or similar senior retail management role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in recruitment, rostering, training and performance management.
• Ability to analyse sales and financial performance to improve profitability.
• Knowledge of HACCP or food retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Gourmet Life retail stores in Edgecliff and Potts Point.
• Lead the retail team to deliver high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and stock management.
• Establish and review retail pricing strategies and promotions across channels.
• Monitor sales performance and implement upselling and marketing initiatives.
