Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across NSW visitor centres to improve retail experiences.
• Collaborate with centre teams and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
• Develop and refine retail practices, merchandising, and pricing.
• Support development of retail technology including Salesforce and StoreConnect.
• Utilize sales, inventory, pricing, and visitation data to identify opportunities.
• Build capability through resources, training and coaching.
• Lead complex projects and adapt priorities as NPWS evolves.
