Porter Matthews Metro Group in Belmont is seeking an Experienced Residential Property Manager to join our premium Perth agency with a 30-year track record. Immediate start available and an opportunity to manage a curated portfolio across the WA region.

You will oversee the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle: leasing, renewals, inspections, and diligent relationship management with clients, in a structured environment guided by our Head of Property Management. WA RTA expertise essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential Property Management experience.
• Current WA Property Management Registration, driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle.
• Thorough, up-to-date expertise in the WA RTA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, including leasing, renewals, and inspections.
• Nurturing client relationships with elite written and verbal communication.
• Work closely with our Head of Property Management in a structured environment.
