Anglicare’s Dorothy Boyt House in Malabar seeks an experienced Operations Manager to join the Residential Leadership Team. Lead a dedicated team to ensure high-quality resident care and effective operations.

This 12-month maternity cover role focuses on rostering, budgets, compliance and continuous improvement, with emphasis on KPI delivery and staff development in line with Anglicare values.

Qualifications

• Senior administrative or management experience.
• Experience with rostering systems and large rosters.
• Proven KPI and budget management experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and time management systems.
• Ability to lead a team and foster growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Manager with complaint management and resident wellbeing.
• Develop strategies from resident surveys to address care and service concerns.
• Manage non-clinical admin and commercial functions to meet KPIs (occupancy, budgets, care minutes).
• Lead, coach, and manage an engaged team.
• Ensure compliance with Anglicare policies and maintain a safe workplace.
• Effectively manage rosters, leave, agency and contingency plans to align with service targets.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and succession planning for staff.
