Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is partnered with an established WA property developer to secure a Senior Development Manager who will lead multiple residential land projects across the development lifecycle, from planning through to delivery.

The role demands autonomy, strong commercial oversight of feasibilities, budgets and cash flows, and proactive stakeholder engagement with authorities, consultants and delivery partners to keep momentum and align with project objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience across property development with residential land exposure.
• End-to-end development experience spanning planning, approvals, civil delivery and commercial management.
• The judgement and confidence to operate autonomously while keeping senior leadership informed on material decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential land projects from feasibility to delivery.
• Set priorities, programmes and commercial objectives.
• Identify risks early and drive practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Provide commercially informed reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate planning approvals, civil delivery and procurement interfaces.
• Manage consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
