Job summary

The Senior Development Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex land development and urban development projects, from initial sales through settlement to project completion, providing technical, commercial and stakeholder leadership across multiple projects and ensuring delivery aligns with government priorities, budgets, timeframes and quality standards.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in project or program delivery across complex land development, infrastructure or urban development projects.
Strong knowledge of governance, contract management, procurement, commercial management and risk management.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills, with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead complex greenfield and urban development projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, approvals, procurement, construction and handover.
Governance, risk & commercial management: ensure compliance with contractual, government and organisational requirements while actively managing procurement, contracts, project risks, budgets and delivery performance.
Stakeholder leadership & reporting: build relationships with government agencies, developers, contractors, buyers and key stakeholders, providing clear reporting and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
