Development Manager— Residential Land (exposure to industrial)

Our client is a well established, privately backed property development and investment business known for its entrepreneurial, opportunistic approach to residential land opportunities. With a strong pipeline of masterplanned communities across Victoria's growth corridors and a growing interstate footprint, they move quickly and decisively, backed by a solid network of private and institutional capital and projects that vary in size and scope and with a developing industrial pipeline.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their development team with a Development Manager. This suits an Assistant Development Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Development Manager looking to join a thriving business with a genuinely strong pipeline of work.

The role

You will take ownership of your own portfolio of residential land or industrial land projects, with real autonomy and the backing of a supportive, technically strong leadership team.

What you will need

• Essential: residential land subdivision experience, ideally masterplanned community developments.
• Essential: demonstrated experience managing project feasibilities and having accountability for this, this is non negotiable
• Strong stakeholder management across consultants, authorities and investors
• At DM level: proven end to end project ownership, including due diligence, feasibility, delivery and reporting
• At ADM level: solid feasibility and delivery experience, with clear ambition to step up
