MedHealth, via WorkFocus Australia, is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to manage major client accounts and deliver return-to-work services across TAS and beyond.

You will work within a national team, providing high-quality rehab services, liaising with insurers and employers, and driving service delivery under SLAs while supporting career development.

We offer flexible working, mentorship, and multiple career paths within 80 locations across Australia.

Competenze

• Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time.

Mansioni

• Provide return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
• Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to return-to-work rates, costs and durations.
• Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties.
• Implement services as per Customer SLAs.
• Provide high level rehabilitation services across a variety of portfolios including new employer and same employer goals.
• Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims.
• Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required
