Job summary

Rehab Management (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Launceston, TAS, to help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. The role combines remote work with onsite visits, offering permanent full-time employment and a balanced schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

You will assess, plan and coordinate recovery with health professionals, employers and insurers, while educating workplaces on wellbeing and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy OR Registered Nursing.
• Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
