Job summary

Rehab Management is part of the Arriba Group, a national provider of occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work services. A Rehabilitation Consultant based in Launceston, TAS, will support injured workers through recovery and coordinate care with clinicians, employers and insurers.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with work-from-home and on-site visits. A PD allowance, extra leave days, and other benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Tertiary health qualification from the list of professions.
• Current AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex injuries.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and wellbeing for sustainable outcomes.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Launceston, TAS.
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Work from home, in person onsite visits
Salary: Based on qualification, experience + superannuation

Skills & experience

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy OR Registered Nursing.
• Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
