WorkFocus Australia is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to manage key customers in Hobart and drive successful return-to-work outcomes. You will draw on extensive experience to deliver services and implement Service Agreements with major clients, while maintaining high-quality care and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead assessments, coordinate with insurers and practitioners, and contribute to strategic case reviews to optimise outcomes across multiple claims.

Mansioni

• Provide return-to-work services to injured clients and employers.
• Maintain quality across customers per SLA on RTW rates and costs.
• Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
• Identify RTW barriers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-level rehab services across portfolios and new/employer goals.
• Support strategic case reviews and contribute to outcomes across claims.
