AECOM is seeking a Senior Highways Project Leader for North Queensland. You will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement and work closely with contractors and clients, driving innovative outcomes on major transport projects.

Based in Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton or Townsville, you will lead cross-functional teams and contribute to business development while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with a focus on design and project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong background in road design; TMR experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective time management and leadership of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
