AECOM in Australia is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to lead major road projects across Queensland. You will administer contracts, liaise with government and industry partners, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and to quality standards.

This hybrid role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities to influence project delivery from planning through to operation, with a focus on safety, cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Seven years of experience as a contract administrator or representative in TIC-CO, CPA or equivalent road contracts.
• Ten years post-RPEQ registration experience or fourteen years postgraduate experience in contract administration, construction, maintenance and design.
• Extensive experience in asphalt, pavements, road furniture, earthworks, drainage, ITS and related civil works.
• Strong consultation, conflict avoidance and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects to Transport and Main Roads standards.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to establishment and administration of major government road contracts to meet quality, time and cost objectives.
• Act as Administrator, Administrator’s Representative or Principal’s Representative Agent in contract administration.
• Coordinate with project staff, service authorities and local government affected by works.
• Manage contract administration across all phases with focus on quality, safety and environment.
• Lead engineers and external advisors delivering infrastructure projects and ensure standards.
• Use monitoring and reporting to guide continuous improvement.
• Provide reports on status, expenditure and major incidents to stakeholders.
• Monitor contract payments, administration costs and cash flow forecasts.
