ECi Executive in Perth is seeking ambitious Intermediate and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team, with a particular focus on the Construction sector.

You’ll manage an established desk, build client relationships, and partner with contractors and developers to place top talent. Benefit from a trusted boutique environment, autonomy, and a transparent commission structure with up to 40% uncapped quarterly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established recruitment desk within the Construction sector.
• Build on existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with contractors, developers and industry professionals.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Identify, attract and engage high-calibre candidates across your specialist market.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build a strong professional network and market presence.
• Work collaboratively with experienced consultants across complementary sectors.
