Job summary

Careers in Demand Pty is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own apprenticeship recruitment across the building and construction sector from our Norwest-based team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines and engage with schools, providers and industry stakeholders to shape the workforce of the future.

You’ll bring experience in apprenticeships or related workforce environments, a proactive mindset, and a passion for improving processes and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with end-to-end recruitment expertise across apprenticeship programs.
• Background in apprenticeships, GTO, employment services, labour hire, or construction recruitment is highly regarded.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills; ability to build pipelines and engage diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment activity for apprenticeship opportunities across the building and construction sector.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines and engage with schools, training providers and industry stakeholders.
• Improve recruitment processes and systems; ensure compliant, well-documented activity.
