Build On is a construction project management consultancy supporting major infrastructure projects across Australia. We’re growing our internal team and need a Recruitment & People Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for blue-collar and technical roles, onboarding, compliance and the employee experience for our consultants.

You’ll work with our Operations team and client hiring managers to place the right people on the right projects, quickly, while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment or people operations, construction or infrastructure preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS compliance.
• Experience with Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Responsabilités

• Partner with client hiring managers to understand workforce needs and write job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies on Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and social media; source candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct phone and behavioural interviews, shortlist.
• Coordinate interviews, references, offers and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding and site compliance documents.
• Maintain employee and candidate records in HRIS/ATS.
• Support payroll inputs, timesheets and offboarding.
• Develop and apply HR policies in line with Australian law.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
