Norwest Recruitment is a dynamic agency serving Western Sydney, seeking a high-calibre recruitment professional. You will source, screen, interview and assess candidates while managing a portfolio of clients across finance, HR, corporate services and operations.

• Either specific recruitment experience or exposure to sales, accounting/finance, or HR fields looking to pivot in their career. With the right attitude we will also consider graduates looking to step into a career in recruitment.
