Job summary

Ethos Beathchapman is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own apprenticeship recruitment across the building and construction sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with candidates, schools, training providers and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Background in apprenticeships, GTO, employment services, labour hire, training or construction related recruitment (highly regarded).
• Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate management.
• Build strong talent pipelines for apprenticeship opportunities.
• Create a positive and engaging candidate experience from enquiry through to placement.
• Engage with candidates, schools, training providers, community organisations and industry stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to understand recruitment needs and workforce priorities.
• Look for ways to improve recruitment processes, systems and communication.
• Support practical candidate attraction strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure recruitment activity is compliant and well documented.
