Job summary

Alstom, a global leader in mobility, seeks a Senior Project Contract Manager in Western Australia. Based in Perth, you will advise the Project Director and leadership team, guiding commercial decisions and safeguarding Alstom's interests across the project lifecycle.

You'll work across the Bellevue facility and Nowergup depot, coordinating with legal, project and operations teams to drive complex negotiations, claims handling and commercial outcomes for a major rail program.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract, commercial or claims management within major infrastructure, rail, transport, engineering or construction environments.
• Degree-qualified in Law, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership to support project delivery and profitability.
• Identify, manage and mitigate contractual risks while maximising commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with customers and key stakeholders on complex claims, variations and settlements.
• Act as Alstom's commercial representative in customer-facing discussions and governance forums.
