Alstom is seeking a Commercial Performance Officer based in Wulkuraka, QLD, to deliver commercial and operational outcomes under the Queensland Next Generation Rollingstock contract. You will administer General Activities, RFAs and claims, and provide performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare reports and analyse information.
• Proficient with Excel and Office tools.
• Experience in commercial, contract administration or performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage GA, RFA and commercial claims to maximise cost recovery and contractual compliance.
• Identify out-of-scope work opportunities and support commercial recovery initiatives.
• Prepare, track and validate claims, contract variations and supporting documentation.
• Produce accurate operational and commercial reports, dashboards and performance insights.
• Monitor performance trends, risks and opportunities to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, planning and finance teams to deliver commercial and operational outcomes.
• Coordinate customer reporting, business reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Managing action registers and ensuring timely follow-up of key deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, reporting and service delivery.
• Support customer satisfaction through strong stakeholder engagement and outcome-focused performance management.
