Job summary

Resources Group AU is seeking a Senior Research Executive for Quantitative Research in Sydney. You’ll own analysis on large-scale quant programs, transforming raw survey data into insight-led recommendations for clients.

You’ll work closely with client teams, across tracking and segmentation, and present clear stories backed by data. Experience in Q/SPSS and a passion for visuals will help you excel in a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in quantitative market research, insights or analytics, agency or client-side.
• Confidence analysing survey data in Q, SPSS or similar.
• Love of data visualization and telling stories with numbers.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the analysis on quant projects, from data checks to the so-what.
• Dig into survey data to find patterns, outliers and meaningful shifts.
• Work across tracking, segmentation and custom quant analysis.
• Turn numbers into a clear, commercially relevant story for clients.
• Build insight-led presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Collaborate with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices.
• Hands-on with the latest research and data tools, including AI.
