Job summary

Resources Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Quant Consultant to translate business questions into smart research approaches and actionable recommendations.

You’ll manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end, collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, design surveys, analyse data with Q and SPSS, and present insights that drive decisions. The role supports junior researchers and offers hybrid work and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven agency-side research experience with a quantitative focus.
Strong foundation in quantitative methods and data interpretation.
Experience in survey design, analysis and turning insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end.
Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and objectives.
Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking.
Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS.
Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.
Present insights to clients and strengthen account relationships.
Support junior researchers in project delivery.
