Resources Group in Sydney is seeking a (Senior) Research Executive to own the analysis on quant projects and deliver insight-led recommendations clients can actually act on. You’ll manage data checks, pattern finding and story shaping from raw outputs through to client-ready briefs.

You'll be close to the data and the client, turning numbers into clear, commercially relevant stories, building persuasive presentations, and contributing to high-profile projects with teams across Sydney, Melbourne

Qualifikationen

• 1-2+ years in quantitative market research, insights or analytics, agency or client-side.
• Confidence analysing survey data in Q or SPSS.
• Love data visualisation and telling stories with numbers.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality.
• A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must.

Got a couple of years of quant research under your belt and ready for more ownership, bigger data and a seat in front of the client? This is a cracking next step for a (Senior) Research Executive who wants to grow into a genuine insights consultant.

My client is a highly respected global research and advisory firm with a reputation for rigorous, commercially sharp quantitative work. They're growing their client service and insights team and want someone who loves the numbers but also wants to shape the story they tell.

The Role

You’ll work on large-scale tracking and custom quant programs, taking data from raw survey output through to insight-led recommendations clients actually act on. You’ll be close to the client, close to the data, and trusted with more than just the charts.

You’ll be:

• Owning the analysis on quant projects, from data checks and tables through to the "so what"
• Digging into survey data to find the patterns, outliers and shifts that actually matter
• Working across tracking, segmentation and custom quant analysis
• Turning numbers into a clear, commercially relevant story clients can act on
• Building insight-led presentations and stepping up in client meetings
• Collaborating with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices
• Getting hands-on with the latest research and data tools, including AI
