Job summary

Resources Group in Australia seeks a seasoned quantitative strategist to lead a growing insights team and shape the agency's future. You will work closely with the Sydney MD to go to market on all quant offerings and act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant, forging strong client relationships and guiding the delivery of quantitative thinking.

The role combines hands-on research with strategic advisory, spanning diverse client work across Grocery, FMCG, sports, arts, culture, government and NFP.

• Deep, hands-on expertise in complex quantitative methodologies and client consulting.
• Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
• Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges.
• A passion for developing people and building capability.
• Commercial acumen, curiosity and the ambition to help shape the future of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued growth of an established quantitative insights team.
• Work closely with the Sydney MD to go to market on all things quant.
• Act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant and forge strong client relationships.
• Lead quantitative thinking and deliverables and manage the Sydney quant team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and new business growth.
• Bring commercial thinking to every client engagement.
• Remain hands-on with quantitative research and consulting.
