Job summary

Resources Group is seeking a Senior Quant Consultant to lead research projects and build client relationships in Sydney. You will turn business questions into robust research approaches and practical recommendations.

You'll manage quantitative and mixed-method work, work directly with clients, design studies, analyze data with Q and SPSS, and present insights while mentoring junior researchers.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills and curiosity about clients, businesses and data.
• Ability to turn business questions into actionable insights.
• Experience communicating findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end.
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and objectives.
• Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking.
• Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS.
• Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Present back to clients and build strong account relationships.
• Support junior researchers.
