Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation. The role focuses on technical Workforce Management capabilities, including ADP WFS experience, integrations, data migration and testing across a complex implementation.

You will work with business, technology and partners to deliver the WFM solution, manage data interfaces and ensure smooth migration at scale. This is a full-time contract opportunity within the ACE department, located in Australia.

Qualifications

• WFM experience across complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience with ADP WFS is highly preferred.
• Strong in integrations, data migration and testing.

WFM Technical Specialist | Contract Opportunity

I’m currently looking for an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation program.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical Workforce Management experience, particularly across complex enterprise implementations, integrations and data migration.

You’ll work closely with business, technology and implementation partners to support the Workforce Management stream and help deliver the technical solution successfully.

• ADP Workforce Software (ADP WFS) experience – highly preferred
• WFM technical configuration and integrations
• Interface design and troubleshooting
• Data migration and testing support
• Experience working on enterprise-scale WFM implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple delivery teams
