Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (Implementation) to lead complex workforce management implementations. You will facilitate client workshops onsite or remotely, design solutions, and configure the WFS Suite to match customer needs.

The role requires strong JavaScript/SQL skills, experience with solution design documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a client-facing environment with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in software implementation and configuration.
• 3–5 years’ experience with programming languages, preferably JavaScript and SQL.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or other scripting tools.
• Experience developing Solution Design documents.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client workshops onsite or remotely.
• Create and maintain Solution Design documents and use cases.
• Configure WFS Suite per customer requirements using scripts.
• Estimate work effort and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead roll-out and go-live activities including data migration.
