Job summary

Bellarine Psychology in Ocean Grove, VIC, is seeking a Senior Psychologist to provide supervision and lead our early-career development. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead, supervise provisional psychologists, and contribute to case reviews and practice quality.

The role focuses on a warm team culture, flexibility with days (minimum 2 per week), and ongoing professional development in a seaside community setting.

Are you an experienced psychologist who loves being part of a team as much as the clinical work itself? We're looking for a Senior Psychologist to join us in beautiful Ocean Grove and help shape the next stage of our practice.

Bellarine Psychology is a values-led community practice providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. We work with individuals, families and communities across the Bellarine Peninsula and regional Victoria, from two clinic locations and a school-based program. Our team includes clinical, education & developmental, and counselling psychologists, psychologists, social workers and counsellors and we care deeply about building a place where people can do their best work.

About the role

This is a senior position working closely with our Clinical Lead. You'll:

Provide supervision and day-to-day support to our provisional psychologists, helping them grow into confident, skilled practitioners
